The Reason Retreat

A nourishing 7-day retreat that invites you to slow down and dedicate a week to rest and relaxation. Guests immerse in Balinese cultural experiences, cooking & local handcraft workshops, slow yoga flow classes, all-inclusive vegetarian meals, waterfall & temple excursions, and evening sessions of breathwork, sunset dinners over jungle valleys and fire ceremonies. Launched in 2025 as The Ark's first in-house retreat program, with a gentler approach and no packed schedule of healing sessions, hard rules or detox protocols.
